so mad. hopefully going to see destroyer tonight will perk me up a little, but right now i'm livid. |

the sun in the sky descended into my hand
some photos will keep their meaning for along time... i don't care about 2 year old reposts (i mean of course i don't like to be annoying, but you know) (and if it happens the item must be worth something, right?), so please stop being so angry! haha ha Midlake: "I Guess I'll Take Care" 3:20, 4.7 MB mp3 Alternative American Lo-Fi - I hate the fact that 'indie' doesn't really mean anything anymore! Listen to more than the first few seconds.. This song is interesting and the lead singer needs a tiny hug (becasuse the stiff drink evidently didn't help), but he's not fussed, he's such chilling in the cornfield, tired after all that frolicking. The picnic rug is warm but his leg's a bit itchy. i guess i'll take care of my heart and brain and hair with a soda for the ride seems to help me all the time leaving there from you i want you all the time you want me too and i guess i'll take care, and the next time that i'm there i'll serve breakfast in bed, have to make sure you're well-fed you're a movie star The White Stripes: "Little Acorns" 4:09, 4.8 MB mp3 Garage Rock - Everyone knows the White Stripes! I like the mix of spoken/growled lyrics, quotes, and "sweet guitar riffs". Fear. Love. "Nah duh" is a product of fear! Give it a whirl, girl, be like the squirrel oh oh uh uh oh And another thing you have to know in this world oh oh uh uh oh Cut up your hair, straighten your curls Well, your problems hide in your curls Oh oh uh uh oh Oh oh oh oh PERFUME: Japanese Techno-Pop - "Nakata used their techno sound to become a cute technopop-style group. Because the girls were so energetic, fans acquired an appreciation for them." THESE GIRLS ARE SOOOOO CUTE.. They are Vocoders in bunny suits. That is fine with me! Perfume: "ポリリズム (Polyrhythm)" 4:10, 5.7 MB mp3 This repetitive polyrhythm, that over there - it's an impulsive circle of love, isn't it? This repetitive polyrhythm, will become a revived spectacle. That over there is our recoiling future, isn't it? A plastic future of love is... instinctively, our slight feelings, introduce shining trust to you, your very important feelings of love are useless in this revolving world. Perfume: "Perfect Star, Perfect Style" 4:18, 9.9 MB mp3 The verse for this one is so lame, but the chorus is so catchy, and their voices so dear. You should check out some of their video clips if it's 4 am when you read this and you're dead bored (redundant). Without being able to meet the time when I still love your word does not leave yet and freezes at that place of that day which extent it passed kana certainly Stretching the hand, already, it does not reach perfect star Don't you think? the much as for you as for truth so all パークェト the star, like the wind which cannot be grasped ease the style which so appears Way bare fact it does not fluctuate, even now important moving backward how it is not possible the file that while it holds quietly Without being able to meet the time when your already, it does not reach perfect star

A million and one candlelights, don't you wanna break her? Every day is consumed with mortification as a result of that god-damn harsh mistress hindsight. I know as I change my values, and society evolves, that I will inevitably regret each and every thing I do, varying only in the amount of time it takes for me to reach this realisation. Listen to these silly words I use (and I'm not just referring to the goofy or fictitious ones). It's a curious and exceedingly uncomfortable feeling to keep doing and saying things (because I don't know what else to do/say) with the affirmation that everything I do will, at some point, become bad, wrong or regrettable, but the necessity to keep going anyway. I always want to RETREAT RETREAT, the whole deletion idea, I hope you know that (you better by now, because I haven't shut the fuck up about it since the summer of '29). But although blogging* (or existing, at that) means bringing new forms of embarrassment (that you never thought possible) to the table, it allows be to gradually, well of course I want to say 'qualify' because it's true, but I shan't] explain away or otherwise make up for the humiliations of the past.
*I hate that fucking word.
"I always feared there was something wrong with me. You know, because I couldn't make it work. But maybe I'm not supposed to. Because.. okay.. I'm cookie dough. I'm not done baking. I'm not finished becoming whoever the hell it is I'm going to turn out to be. I make it through this and the next thing and the next thing and maybe one day I turn around and realize I'm ready. I'm cookies. And then, you know, if I want someone to eat me or enjoy warm, delicious cookie-me, then that's fine. That'll be then. When I'm done." -The Buff
an addition to the "insides on the outsides" set
I saw Peta in Summer Hill. As in, she tapped me on the shoulder, asked, "Rosie?" and it took me FIFTEEN SECONDS to respond. Crap.
Points established:
- "you're a bit weird, i gotta say"
- glistening
- "your journal is so addictive"
So, good, in the end. LJ is good for making me talk more with schoolfriends than I would have had I stayed in school with them.. :/
The Onion: "While giving blood is considered a selfless act, the manner and speed with which you'll do it will leave pedestrians shocked. - You'll fail to pull off the perfect murder when police investigators grow suspicious of the revolver, handsaw, and shovel you try to serve them for dinner. - You will learn a very important lesson this week concerning the relative melting points of several different dental fillings. - By the end of the week, you will be heartbroken, confused, and alone. In other words, prepare for a very uneventful few days."
My old lady's gone away without her precious child for the first time in like 3 years, and is panicking wildly. I managed to spill water on my phone last night, immediately after she left, and while it was "only" turning itself off more frequently than usual (which is an annoying amount in its own) so the buttons I need to unlock my pin code are no longer with us... Crap.
Over time, I've discovered that, when anxious, I have a decidedly American accent (as opposed to my usual twang), and when drunk, I have a British/Cockney accent. We're talking candy and innit. It's awful.

How funny is it how I have to put a picture every few paragraphs so you won't get bored with all those pesky wordamajigs and hate me for talking or being here at all ever?
The answer is:

Adam (of the magnorium emporium) told me to listen to Blonde Redhead and they're pretty cool. I have listened to this song for 2 hours worth, while I walk, stare, and sleep. It is the best fucking song. Have it.

click click click... hissss ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE PETS
a white owl with a snake rapped around it, freaking out trying to get the snake off of it.
a dog having sex with a ferret (both male).
a ferret with a little side pocket on its ribs with a little bright green lizard sticking his head out (taking a ride)
a white poodle with a little side pocket on its ribs with a little bright green lizard sticking his head out (taking a ride)
... next ...
a little kid riding a tricycle, and i mean LITTLE, like maybe the size of my hand. i was for some reason trying to get the kid to ride it when he was reluctant. so i asked if he wanted to race and that i'd give him a head start. he accepted, and went REALLY fast, down the sidewalk to the end where there was a hole in the ground that he fell in to. the hole wasn't very deep but was like a burrow that some animals (cats actually) had dug to live in. it went back in the opposite direction, so that it was actually a tunnel under the sidewalk. i think i got the little kid to come back out, but then there were little kittens, a mother and a father adult cat, and then out of a little side hole/tunnel, two very small, green, furry, big eyed aliens stuck their head out for a second then went back in, hissing and clicking. |
